Summary: We are currently looking for an experienced Piping Foreman with a proven track record in piping projects, preferably in non-union environments. The ideal candidate will bring a strong local and stable work history, demonstrating expertise from direct hands-on experience to supervisory roles. This position is crucial for leading our piping operations, ensuring excellence in execution and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all phases of piping projects, ensuring completion within timelines, budget constraints, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Lead and support a team of pipefitters and subcontractors, providing technical guidance and leadership in all piping tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable building codes and safety regulations.
  • Conduct thorough site inspections and oversee project progress to proactively address challenges.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other construction professionals to enhance project efficiency.
  • Keep detailed records of project activities, team performance, and critical milestones.
  • Promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement, focusing on skill enhancement and professional growth of the team.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on and supervisory experience in piping.
  • Familiarity with operating in non-union environments, similar to companies like TD Industries or Comfort Systems.
  • Knowledgeable in various piping systems and capable of managing complex installations.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of motivating and directing a skilled workforce.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills, capable of coordinating with a wide range of construction professionals.
  • Valid driver’s license with the ability to manage local travel requirements.
  • Local candidate with a demonstrated stable and progressive work history.
