Summary: We are seeking a skilled Plumbing Foreman with over 5 years of experience, ideally within non-union environments. This role requires a candidate with a strong local and stable work history, who has progressed from hands-on plumbing to a leadership role. As a Plumbing Foreman, you will play a key role in managing our plumbing projects, ensuring they meet high standards of workmanship and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise all aspects of plumbing projects, ensuring timely completion, adherence to budget, and exceptional quality.
  • Lead and mentor a team of plumbers and subcontractors, providing direction and support in plumbing installations and maintenance.
  • Ensure all project activities comply with building codes and safety regulations.
  • Perform site inspections and monitor project progress to identify and address any potential issues early.
  • Work collaboratively with project managers, engineers, and other construction professionals to ensure smooth project flow.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of project operations, team performance, and project benchmarks.
  • Promote and uphold a safety-first culture within the team, encouraging continuous improvement and skill development.

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in plumbing, including significant hands-on work and progression to a foreman role.
  • Experience in non-union work settings, similar to environments at companies like TD Industries or Comfort Systems.
  • Knowledge of medical gas systems and other specialized plumbing systems is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the capability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication abilities, both oral and written.
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally as required.
  • A stable work history, reflecting commitment and longevity in previous roles.
