Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategize and execute sales plans to introduce more customers to our state-of-the-art BAS solutions.
  • Foster and sustain relationships with new and existing clientele, ensuring their needs are met with bespoke solutions.
  • Lead in-depth conversations with potential clients to grasp their system requirements, subsequently delivering precise estimates.
  • Keep abreast of the evolving trends in the BAS landscape to provide clients with the most current and applicable solutions.
  • Work hand-in-hand with the technical division to guarantee optimal BAS services.
  • Consistently achieve or surpass monthly and yearly sales benchmarks, promoting a steady increase in our client portfolio.
  • Deliver exceptional post-sales assistance, addressing any issues and collecting feedback to drive continuous enhancement of our services.
  • Represent the company at industry-specific events, seminars, and forums, enhancing networking opportunities and brand visibility.

Qualifications:

  • Residency in or close to Virginia Beach, VA.
  • A minimum of 5 years in commercial sales, with a preference for experience in BAS or a related domain.
  • A documented history of consistently achieving and often surpassing sales goals.
  • In-depth knowledge of building automation systems, technologies, and prevailing market dynamics.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both in writing and verbally.
  • A knack for cultivating enduring client relationships and comprehending diverse needs.
