BAS/Control Technician Job in San Diego, CA
We are seeking a BAS/Control Technician. The BAS/Controls Technician is responsible for installing, programming, testing, calibrating, operating, and repair of control systems along with their related software, hardware, and equipment.
BAS/Control Technician responsibilities and duties include:

Building automation controls service technicians traveling to one or multiple job sites to diagnose and repair the building automation controls systems for current customers.

Complete point to point, BACnet programming, commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting.

Maintain accurate records for: tools/material tracking, service and work-orders, timecards, expenses, purchase orders, and maintenance records

Exceed all OSHA, EPA, and manufacturer’s warranty requirements

Train junior and mid-level technicians to help them grow within the company
Requirements:

6 or more years working for medium or large commercial/mechanical building automation controls construction/service company working as a Service Technician

Advanced knowledge with Niagara, Distech, point to point, programming, testing, and troubleshooting.
