Responsibilities
Design, engineer, and calculate new and pre-existing mechanical building automation controls systems in commercial buildings).
Create executable conceptual designs, engineering calculations, energy analysis, sections/equipment layouts.
Complete site surveys, document management, and assist with scheduling
Attend estimating, preconstruction, BIM coordination, and site visit meetings.
Coordinate with architects, engineering, and construction teams involved with the project
Review specs and shop drawings
Work hands-on daily with AutoCAD and Visio.
Requirements
Two or more years of building automation design and engineering experience
