Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage all aspects of the financial accounting functions for commercial construction projects.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including project cost tracking, budget analysis, and forecasting.
  • Develop and maintain financial controls to safeguard company assets.
  • Collaborate with project managers and executives to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
  • Manage cash flow, budgeting, and financial planning for construction projects.
  • Implement and maintain accounting systems and procedures.
  • Lead the accounting team, providing guidance and mentoring.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and company policies.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.
  • CPA qualification is highly preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of accounting experience in a medium to large commercial construction company.
  • Proven experience in financial management for construction projects.
  • Strong understanding of construction accounting principles and practices.
