We are a leading commercial HVAC company seeking an experienced and motivated Commercial HVAC Service Manager to join our team in Ontario, CA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial HVAC service, including at least 5 years of technician experience and 3 years of service management experience. Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the daily operations of the commercial HVAC service department, ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction, safety, and efficiency.

  2. Manage department sales, revenue, and profit, developing and implementing strategies to drive growth and improve performance.

  3. Lead, train, and mentor office and field staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

  4. Establish and maintain relationships with key customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring their ongoing satisfaction.

  5. Develop and implement safety and training programs, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies.

  6. Monitor and evaluate the performance of service technicians, providing feedback, coaching, and support as needed.

  7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination across the organization.

  8. Stay current on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to drive continuous improvement in the service department.

Requirements:

  1. A minimum of 5 years of commercial HVAC service technician experience.

  2. A minimum of 3 years of HVAC service management experience.

  3. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate and oversee department operations.

  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and team members.

  5. Proven track record of driving sales, revenue, and profit growth in a commercial HVAC service environment.

  6. Strong knowledge of industry standards, safety regulations, and best practices.

  7. Must be local to Ontario, CA, or willing to relocate.
