The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial HVAC service, including at least 5 years of technician experience and 3 years of service management experience. Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the commercial HVAC service department, ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction, safety, and efficiency.
- Manage department sales, revenue, and profit, developing and implementing strategies to drive growth and improve performance.
- Lead, train, and mentor office and field staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring their ongoing satisfaction.
- Develop and implement safety and training programs, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of service technicians, providing feedback, coaching, and support as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination across the organization.
- Stay current on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to drive continuous improvement in the service department.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of commercial HVAC service technician experience.
- A minimum of 3 years of HVAC service management experience.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate and oversee department operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and team members.
- Proven track record of driving sales, revenue, and profit growth in a commercial HVAC service environment.
- Strong knowledge of industry standards, safety regulations, and best practices.
- Must be local to Ontario, CA, or willing to relocate.
