Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee commercial HVAC system installation, maintenance, and repair, ensuring peak performance.

  • Promptly identify and remedy challenges in HVAC equipment and controls.
  • Integrate with Building Automation System (BAS) controls to enhance system efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of proven expertise in commercial HVAC services.
  • Mastery of HVAC system initiation and commissioning.
  • Proficiency in interfacing with BAS controls.
  • Hands-on familiarity with chiller system management.
  • Holding an EPA certification will be viewed favorably.
  • Innate problem-solving acumen, complemented by meticulous attention to detail.
  • Team-oriented ethos, paired with the capability to work independently.
  • Polished communication prowess, both verbal and written.
  • Established residence in or around the Los Angeles, CA area.
