Job Summary:
Seeking a seasoned Commercial HVAC/Plumbing Project Manager with a solid background in commercial projects to lead our initiatives in San Jose, CA. Ideal candidates will have at least 5 years of industry experience and proficiency in construction management software.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee commercial plumbing and HVAC projects, ensuring they meet specified guidelines and deadlines.
- Collaborate with the design team for efficient system designs and participate in the estimation process.
- Utilize BlueBeam, MS Project, and Procore for project management and documentation.
- Ensure clear communication with all project stakeholders and uphold high standards of quality and safety.
- Produce and manage detailed project reports and status updates.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in commercial HVAC and plumbing project management.
- Proficient in using BlueBeam, MS Project, and Procore.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Experience with large-scale commercial projects preferred.
Preferred:
- PMP certification or equivalent project management qualification.
- Experience in sustainable building practices and LEED-certified projects.
