Responsibilities:
- Direct the execution of commercial HVAC and plumbing projects, ensuring they adhere to specifications, budget, and client expectations.
- Collaborate with design teams to refine system designs and assist in the estimation process for precise project costing.
- Utilize construction management software such as BlueBeam, MS Project, and Procore for effective project documentation and communication.
- Uphold the highest standards of quality and safety throughout project durations, swiftly resolving any emerging issues.
- Keep all stakeholders informed with regular project updates, fostering clear and efficient communication.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience in managing commercial HVAC and plumbing projects.
- Proficient in construction management software, including BlueBeam, MS Project, and Procore.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
