Overview:
We are on the lookout for a Commercial Plumbing Account Executive with a specialization in Estimation to become an integral part of our Pre-Construction Team. The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic team environment. This role focuses on planning and executing project estimates, identifying opportunities for efficiency, and collaborating closely with project teams to ensure consistent and comprehensive budget planning.
Responsibilities:
- Develop accurate and comprehensive estimates for plumbing projects within the commercial sector, aligning with our strategic business objectives.
- Proactively identify issues and opportunities within projects, offering solutions to ensure quality and completeness of estimates.
- Collaborate with project teams to deliver consistent turnover packages and operational budgets.
- Provide detailed material, equipment, and labor estimates based on project specifications and bid documents.
- Assist in sales strategy for projects by offering value engineering options and participating in bid review processes.
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to secure competitive pricing.
- Develop and sustain rapport with clients' estimating staff to foster confidence and reliability, aiming for timely responses and uncovering additional sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date estimate files and project documentation.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in plumbing estimation, preferably within the commercial construction sector.
