Responsibilities:
- Lead the engineering phase of commercial HVAC and plumbing projects, ensuring meticulous planning, design, and implementation.
- Utilize tools like Bluebeam and MS Project for effective management of project timelines, resources, and budgets.
- Facilitate coordination among project teams and stakeholders, aiming for timely and budget-aligned project completion.
- Apply engineering principles and uphold standards throughout project phases.
- Analyze project plans and collaborate with management to establish objectives, determining project responsibilities and timelines.
- Proactively monitor project progress, making necessary adjustments to meet completion criteria.
- Uphold safety protocols and ensure projects comply with local building codes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) or Construction Management.
- Solid experience in commercial HVAC and Plumbing project management, with a track record of successful project delivery.
- Proficiency in Bluebeam, MS Project, and related project management software.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities and adept project management skills.
- Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with team members and stakeholders.
- Capacity to manage multiple projects with precision.
- Deep understanding of local building codes and safety standards.
- Residency in San Diego, CA, or readiness to relocate.
