Construction Rental Equipment/Service Coordinator

Responsibilities

The primary point of contact for the rental division, drivers, and deliveries for customers, sales, and service manager. 
Maintain, coordinate, prioritize, and schedule multiple work orders for all rental service-related work.
Identify schedules, route changes, road conditions, accidents, and emergencies.

Maintain and update call logs, track work orders, time cards, vehicle maintenance, and run payroll.
Coordinate with and assist other divisions as needed.

Requirements

Three or more years of coordination and dispatching experience working for a commercial construction equipment rentals company.
Local and stable work history.

Preferred

Associates Degree or higher.
