Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented BAS Controls Programmer to join our team in San Diego, CA. The ideal candidate will be a local professional with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Tridium controls programming. Proficiency in Tridium, Niagara, and Distech building automation systems is essential. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining control strategies for diverse commercial projects.

Responsibilities:
  • Controls Programming: Develop, implement, and optimize control strategies for building automation systems using Tridium, Niagara, and Distech platforms.
  • System Integration: Integrate various building systems and devices to ensure seamless communication and operation.
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues related to controls programming, ensuring efficient and reliable system performance.
  • Project Collaboration: Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of controls programming activities, including code, logic, and system documentation.
  • Code Compliance: Ensure that all controls programming work is performed in compliance with relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations.
  • Testing and Commissioning: Conduct thorough testing and commissioning of controls systems to validate functionality and performance.

Qualifications:
