About the Role:
We seek a highly skilled and experienced Controls Project Manager to oversee Building Automation System (BAS) projects in Orange County. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in managing complex BAS projects and a deep understanding of the commercial building sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage BAS projects focusing on commercial office buildings, schools, hospitals, laboratories, and other related facilities.
Provide technical and project oversight, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and technical support, to ensure seamless project execution.
Maintain a deep understanding of control systems such as Tridium Niagara, Alerton, and Automated Logic Corporation (ALC) systems, utilizing this knowledge to enhance project outcomes.
Conduct site visits, project meetings, and presentations to stakeholders.
Manage project documentation, including scopes of work, timelines, and budget reports.
Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in BAS project management.
Proven track record of successfully managing BAS projects in commercial offices, schools, hospitals, and laboratories.
Strong knowledge of Tridium Niagara, Alerton, and ALC systems.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field is preferred.
Local residency in or near Orange County, CA, is required.
