Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead sales endeavors, focusing on the San Diego commercial HVAC market and neighboring regions.
  • Build and solidify relationships with our existing clientele while proactively scouting and engaging with new business opportunities.
  • Deliver insightful consultations to clients, identifying their requirements and recommending the most fitting HVAC equipment solutions.
  • Work in tandem with the technical and after-sales teams, ensuring we consistently meet and exceed client expectations and, in the process, secure repeat business.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and yearly sales goals, prominently contributing to the company's ambitious expansion plans.

Qualifications:

  • Must be based in or close to San Diego, CA.
  • A track record reflecting stability and consistency in professional pursuits.
  • Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) or a higher degree.
  • At least 5 years of proven experience in commercial HVAC equipment sales.
  • Technical expertise concerning commercial HVAC products, including but not limited to RTUs, Chillers, Boilers, and VRFs.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills coupled with articulate communication capabilities, fostering impactful client interactions and ensuring fruitful transaction conclusions.
