Overview:
We are in search of an HVAC Project Lead to oversee and guide construction projects within the commercial mechanical sector. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in HVAC systems, demonstrating leadership in managing projects efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Direct and oversee HVAC construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Requirements:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an HVAC leadership role, overseeing construction projects.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and lead project teams in the commercial mechanical construction industry.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred:
- More than 10 years of experience in managing HVAC projects is highly desirable, reflecting a deep understanding of the field and advanced leadership capabilities.
- Proven track record of successful project completion and team management.
