The ideal candidate will be a local professional with a stable work history and a minimum of 5 years of commercial HVAC estimating experience. Proficiency in using Trimble AutoBid, coupled with a background in large commercial projects, is essential. Knowledge of Title 24, OSHPD, and HCAI requirements is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Project Estimation: Utilize your expertise to prepare accurate and competitive estimates for commercial HVAC projects.
Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and tailor proposals that meet project specifications.
Trimble AutoBid: Navigate and effectively use Trimble AutoBid software for precise and efficient project estimation.
Proposal Development: Develop comprehensive and persuasive proposals to secure commercial HVAC project contracts.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry regulations, including Title 24, OSHPD, and HCAI requirements.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to gather necessary information for accurate estimates.
Networking: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, architects, and contractors to generate business opportunities.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial HVAC project sales and estimating.
Familiarity with Trimble AutoBid software is essential.
Previous experience with large commercial projects.
Knowledge of Title 24, OSHPD, and HCAI requirements is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
