HVAC Service Sales Executive

Responsibilities
Identify, research, and qualify target accounts.
Market, estimate, and sell service agreements to facility managers and building owners of commercial buildings such as schools, hospitals, airports, high rises, hotels, stadiums, etc.
Build proposals, present solutions, and consistently meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales objectives.
Requirements
Three or more years of experience selling commercial HVAC service maintenance agreements to facilities managers of commercial buildings.
Local and Stable work-history.
Nice to Haves
Associates or higher in HVAC/mechanical engineering
Prior experience working hands-on in commercial HVAC installation, service, start-up, commissioning, estimating, design-engineering, or project management.
