Lead Commercial HVAC/Sheet Metal Detailer

Responsibilities
- Create 3D drawings in the Autodesk Fabrication Suite and Revit to explain design intent for active and upcoming projects.
- Read CDs, cut sheets, and drawings and assist Jobsite PMs and Superintendents with current projects to explain design intent to field.
- Visit job-sites
- Communicate with PM and installation personnel to draft the information necessary to complete the technical layout-coordination assignments.
Requirements
- 8+ years of hands-on installation experience working on medium-large commercial sheet metal/HVAC projects
- 4+ years of commercial HVAC/sheet metal detailing experience.
- Knowledgeable of ASPE, National, State, and City Building and Plumbing Codes.
- CAD, Autodesk Fabrication Suite, Revit, Navisworks, and BlueBeam.
