Commercial HVAC Lead Installer - Portland, OR

Summary

We are currently seeking a skilled Commercial HVAC Lead Installer to oversee our projects in Portland, Oregon. This pivotal role requires someone with a substantial background in HVAC installations, particularly in medium to large commercial settings. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of supervisory experience in this field, as well as a stable and local work history.

Responsibilities

Installation Oversight: Lead the installation of medium to large commercial HVAC systems, including package units, chillers, boilers, and VRF systems.

Project Management: Manage timelines and resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Team Supervision: Supervise and mentor a team of HVAC installers, promoting a culture of safety and excellence.

Quality Assurance: Ensure all installations meet the highest quality standards and comply with current regulations and codes.

Client Interaction: Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their requirements are met and to address any concerns that may arise during the project.

Qualifications

Experience: At least 7 years of experience in commercial HVAC installation, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or foreman role.

Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of various HVAC systems, including their design, installation, and maintenance requirements.

Credentials: Valid HVAC certification and a clean driving record.

Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
