Responsibilities:
- Insulation Mastery: Execute installation, repair, and removal of insulation on various commercial mechanical systems, ensuring energy efficiency and protection against external factors.
- Blueprint Analysis: Review and understand drawings, blueprints, and schematics to capture project specifications.
- Material Selection: Ascertain the most suitable type and thickness of insulation based on distinct project criteria.
- Tool Proficiency: Utilize both hand and power tools for precisely measuring and cutting insulation materials.
- Adhesion Techniques: Implement sealants and adhesives to reinforce insulation placement.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all insulation practices align with local, state, and national standards.
- Quality Control: Inspect and evaluate insulation for imperfections, ensuring peak performance.
- Team Collaboration: Engage with project overseers, fellow tradespeople, and team peers for synchronized project progression.

Requirements:
- Residence in or close to Jacksonville, NC.
- Accumulated 5 years or more of hands-on experience in the commercial insulation realm.
- Demonstrated competence in interpreting blueprints and technical diagrams.
- Acquaintance with diverse insulation materials and their optimal application techniques.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license and dependable transportation means.
