Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all phases of piping projects, ensuring completion within timelines, budget constraints, and to the highest quality standards.
Lead and support a team of pipefitters and subcontractors, providing technical guidance and leadership in all piping tasks.
Ensure compliance with all applicable building codes and safety regulations.
Conduct thorough site inspections and oversee project progress to proactively address challenges.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other construction professionals to enhance project efficiency.
Keep detailed records of project activities, team performance, and critical milestones.
Promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement, focusing on skill enhancement and professional growth of the team.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on and supervisory experience in piping.
Familiarity with operating in non-union environments, similar to companies like TD Industries or Comfort Systems.
Knowledgeable in various piping systems and capable of managing complex installations.
Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of motivating and directing a skilled workforce.
