Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Plumbing Project Manager to join our construction team in Orange County, CA. The successful candidate will oversee and manage commercial plumbing projects from initiation to completion.

Responsibilities:
  • Project Leadership: Provide leadership and direction for commercial plumbing projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and schedule.
  • Planning and Scheduling: Develop project plans, schedules, and milestones in coordination with the construction team.
  • Budget Management: Monitor and manage project budgets, expenses, and financial reporting.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with project stakeholders, including engineers, subcontractors, and field staff, to ensure project goals are met.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project correspondence.
  • Quality Control: Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure work meets project specifications.
  • Client Interaction: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing updates and addressing inquiries.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure projects adhere to local building codes and regulations.

Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: 6+ years of experience in commercial project management, specifically in plumbing construction.
  • Software Skills: Familiarity with construction software, including Bluebeam and other relevant tools.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Leadership: Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide project teams.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Stable Work History: Demonstrated stability in employment history.
  • Local Candidates: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Orange County, CA.
