Title: Plumbing Project Manager

Overview:
We seek an experienced and dedicated Plumbing Project Manager to join our Orange County, CA team. This full-time role is perfect for someone with a solid background in commercial plumbing and a drive to excel in project management. The ideal candidate is local, has a stable work history, and has at least five years of experience managing large-scale plumbing projects in the commercial sector, particularly in settings like hospitals, data centers, labs, schools, and universities.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all commercial plumbing projects ranging from $2 million to $20 million.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and under budget while maintaining high-quality standards.
- As needed, prepare and submit change orders, RFIs, and other project documentation.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members, to ensure smooth project progression.
- Monitor project progress, adjust plans as necessary, and provide regular updates to all parties involved.
- Implement and maintain safety and compliance standards on all project sites.
- Manage and resolve any on-site issues or challenges effectively.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in plumbing project management, specifically in commercial settings.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) or Construction Management or substantial hands-on commercial plumbing installation experience.
- Local to Orange County, CA, with a stable work history.
- Proficient in project management tools such as BlueBeam, MS Project, and Smartsheets.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Preferred Skill Sets:
- Experience with medical gas plumbing systems in hospital settings.
- Proven track record of managing large projects in data centers, labs, schools, and universities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
