Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Project Manager in planning and executing HVAC and plumbing construction projects.
- Cultivate robust relationships with designers, engineers, and team members, ensuring efficient and cost-effective project delivery.
- Delve into project materials, from blueprints to technical drafts, to align with company standards and client expectations.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure consistent alignment with set goals.
- Participate in the creation of project proposals, budgeting, and cost analysis.
- Act as the chief point of contact for clients when the Project Manager is unavailable, ensuring prompt and effective communication.
- Monitor field operations, ensuring conformance to project specifications and top-tier quality standards.
- Proactively detect, navigate, and resolve any project challenges or discrepancies.
Requirements:
- Reside in or close to Orange, CA.
- Stable work history
- A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management.
- Valid licenses in Plumbing, HVAC, EIT, or PE.
- Recognized certifications like LEED AP or CPD are advantageous.
- Minimum of five years experience in construction, mechanical contracting, project estimation, or HVAC and plumbing system design.
- Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to tackle complex problems.
