Responsibilities:
  • Support the project management team in planning, coordinating, and executing commercial plumbing and HVAC projects.
  • Assist in estimating and preparing project bids for plumbing and HVAC installations.
  • Utilize BlueBeam, MS Project, and Procore software for accurate estimating, project scheduling, and document management.
  • Oversee service and tenant improvement (TI) projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
  • Maintain strong communication with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) or Construction Management.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial plumbing and HVAC estimating and project management.
  • Familiarity with BlueBeam, MS Project, and Procore software.
  • Proven experience with service and tenant improvement (TI) commercial projects.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Stable work history with references.

Additional Skills (Preferred):
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license.
  • Knowledge of industry codes and regulations.
  • Experience with LEED and sustainable building practices.
  • Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and deadlines.
