Responsibilities:
Estimate, design, and develop value engineering strategies for plumbing, piping, HVAC, and sheet metal systems in commercial, industrial, medical, and education buildings.
Meet with project stakeholders to present our solutions and make suggestions for current and upcoming projects.
Review and evaluate vendor and subcontractor quotes.
Develop budget and schedule with project management team and subcontractors.
Requirements:
Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering
P.E. License
6-12 years of plumbing and HVAC design, estimating, and precon experience working for a design and engineering company on large commercial and industrial projects.
Advanced hands-on Revit experience.
