Responsibilities:

Design & Development:

  • Lead mechanical design projects from conceptualization to completion.

  • Implement advanced mechanical solutions for large-scale projects including educational facilities, healthcare institutions, airports, and more.

Collaboration & Leadership:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive project execution.

  • Mentor junior engineers and oversee the technical development of designs.

Technical Proficiency & Innovation:

  • Utilize Revit, BIM, and 3D modeling software to enhance design accuracy and efficiency.

  • Stay ahead of industry trends and integrate sustainable design practices into every project.

Client Interaction:

  • Act as the primary technical liaison with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.

  • Present complex mechanical systems in an understandable and engaging manner.


Qualifications:

Education & Certification:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering.

  • PE license required; additional certifications (e.g., LEED accreditation) are advantageous.

Experience:

  • Proven track record in mechanical engineering with significant experience in major construction projects such as airports, hospitals, data centers, and high-rise buildings.

  • Extensive experience with Revit and other relevant software.

Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities, capable of managing and directing project teams.

  • Candidates should be local or willing to relocate to Honolulu with a stable work history.
