Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Over 10 years of experience in project management within commercial and healthcare sectors, focusing on plumbing and HVAC systems for a medium to large construction firm.
- Thorough knowledge of OSHPD/HCAI and other relevant industry regulations.
- Advanced proficiency in construction management software, particularly Bluebeam.
