Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to various departments, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate events.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally and promptly.
  • Organize and maintain digital and physical files.
  • Utilize company-specific software and technology platforms efficiently.
  • Assist with recruiting processes, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records.
  • Continuously adapt to and learn about new processes, technology, and industry developments.
  • Handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments to achieve company objectives.
  • Complete additional tasks and projects as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Must be local to South Corona.
  • Proven stable work history.
  • Strong aptitude for learning new technologies, processes, and industries.
  • Demonstrated experience in multitasking and concurrently managing various projects.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • High level of reliability and punctuality.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite and the ability to quickly learn new software systems.
  • Positive, proactive, and a team-player attitude.
  • Strong references from previous employers.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in an administrative role, or relevant experience.
  • High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Experience in recruitment or HR functions is a plus.
