Position Summary
The BAS Controls Programmer will be responsible for programming, configuring, and troubleshooting building automation and control systems. This role involves working closely with our engineering and field service teams to implement solutions that meet our clients' needs for energy management, comfort, and safety.
Location
This position is based in our Spokane, WA, office and serves the surrounding areas. Remote work is not an option for this role, and applicants must be residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, program, and configure building automation systems according to project specifications
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system programming and configuration
- Interface directly with clients to gather requirements and provide system training.
- Collaborate with engineering and field service teams to ensure successful project completion.
- Keep accurate records of programming changes, system configurations, and project timelines.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in BAS technology and programming techniques.
Requirements
- Experience in BAS controls programming; Niagara N4 certification is strongly preferred.
- Technical degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Stable work history, showing reliability and career development
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Must be a local candidate residing in or willing to relocate to Spokane, WA
