Position Summary

The BAS Controls Sales Executive will identify opportunities, estimate costs, and close sales for BAS control solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in installation, service, programming, sales, estimating, and project management related to BAS controls.

Location

San Diego, CA. Local candidates are strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities for BAS controls in the San Diego area.
  • Perform site assessments and work with engineers and project managers to develop cost estimates.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to clients and stakeholders.
  • Manage customer relationships throughout the sales cycle, from prospecting to close.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms with clients.
  • Work closely with the project management team to ensure successful project execution.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and competitors.
  • Attend industry events and trade shows for networking and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5+ years of combined experience in installation, service, programming, sales, estimating, and project management related to BAS controls.
  • Strong technical knowledge of BAS systems, HVAC, and related controls.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Highly self-motivated, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license.
