Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement building automation system (BAS) programming using Tridium and Niagara platforms to optimize facility operations.
  • Conduct thorough configuration, testing, and troubleshooting of BAS to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Collaborate effectively with project teams, including engineering and project management, to deliver integrated system solutions that meet client objectives and project requirements.
  • Provide expert technical support for BAS operations, including system maintenance and diagnostics to ensure long-term functionality and efficiency.

Requirements:
  • Demonstrated proficiency in BAS programming, particularly with Tridium and Niagara platforms, within the commercial mechanical construction industry.
  • A strong foundation in Direct Digital Control (DDC) system principles and their practical application to enhance building operations.
  • Must be a local candidate with a stable work history, reflecting a dedicated and professional approach to career development and project execution.

Preferred:
  • Specialized certification or training in building automation systems, with a strong emphasis on Tridium and Niagara platforms.
