Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified Controls Analyst to join our team in Seattle, WA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial building automation controls, with expertise in systems such as Alerton, ALC, Tridium Niagara, and Distech. The role involves various responsibilities, including installation, service, start-up, commissioning, point-to-point, programming, estimating, sales, design and engineering, and project or account management.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project teams to analyze and understand building automation control requirements.
- Perform installation, service, start-up, and commissioning activities for control systems.
- Conduct point-to-point checks, programming, and ensure systems meet specified requirements.
- Provide technical support for estimating, sales, and proposal preparation for control projects.
- Contribute to the design and engineering of control systems, considering client needs and specifications.
- Assist in project or account management activities as needed.
- Stay informed about industry advancements, technologies, and trends in building automation controls.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial building automation controls.
- Knowledge and experience with systems such as Alerton, ALC, Tridium Niagara, and Distech.
- N4 Certification is highly preferred.
- Proven expertise in installation, service, start-up, commissioning, point-to-point, programming, estimating, sales, design and engineering, estimating, and project or account management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Stable work history with a commitment to professional growth.
- Local candidates are preferred.
