Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Project Manager in planning, executing, monitoring, and closing building automation projects.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure the project scope and requirements are clear.
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects stay on track.
  • Coordinate and schedule project tasks and milestones.
  • Assist in preparing project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk assessments.
  • Ensure all projects comply with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Attend project meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
  • Handle any potential issues or challenges that arise during the project lifecycle.
  • Assist in training and mentorship of junior team members.

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in building automation controls project management.
  • Local to Omaha, NE.
  • Demonstrated stable work history.
  • Strong understanding of building automation systems and technologies.
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Proficient in using project management software and tools.
  • Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
