Summary:

Responsibilities:
- Manage controls system installation, service, start-up, and commissioning.
- Develop control strategies and program systems using industry-standard software.
- Assist in estimating projects and supporting the sales team.
- Collaborate with engineers on design and compliance.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and client communication.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of commercial building automation controls experience.
- Proficiency in Alerton, ALC, Tridium Niagara, Distech, and N4 Certification.
- Strong understanding of installation, service, start-up, and commissioning.
- Experience in project management and client interaction.
- Stable work history and commitment to excellence.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Knowledge of the Seattle area preferred.
