Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the entire lifecycle of building automation control projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Collaborate with clients to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables. Translate client needs into actionable project plans and timelines.
  • Lead and guide project teams, ensuring clear communication, coordination, and timely task completion.
  • Analyze and review system designs, ensuring they align with project specifications and client needs.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients, updating them on project progress, addressing concerns, and ensuring overall satisfaction.
  • Manage project budgets, including forecasting, monitoring expenses, and ensuring profitability.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of equipment and materials.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in building automation systems to ensure that the company stays competitive and offers the best solutions to clients.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve project-related challenges, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including plans, reports, schedules, and budgets.

Qualifications:

  • Residency in or near Seattle, Washington.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
  • A stable work history reflecting commitment and proficiency in previous roles.
  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience in building automation systems.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage teams and complex projects.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in relevant software tools and platforms utilized in building automation.
