Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage building automation projects from inception to completion, ensuring that projects are delivered on time within scope and budget.
- Oversee the installation, commissioning, and handover of building automation systems, ensuring seamless integration and client satisfaction.
- Monitor and track project performance, addressing potential setbacks and ensuring alignment with project guidelines and company objectives.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring all departments meet project requirements and deadlines.
- Offer expert consultations to clients and internal teams, leveraging in-depth knowledge of building automation systems.
Qualifications:
- Must reside in or near Spokane or Seattle, WA area.
- A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
- A proven track record reflecting stability, commitment, and expertise in previous roles.
- A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with building automation systems, with a demonstrated ability to oversee large-scale projects from inception to fruition.
- Strong leadership and team management skills and impeccable communication and interpersonal abilities.
