Job Summary: As a Building Automation Controls Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the overall sales strategy, growth, and profitability within the assigned region. You will be working closely with our clients, engineers, and technicians to provide state-of-the-art automation solutions for various building types, including commercial, industrial, and institutional facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the assigned region, focusing on building automation control systems and related services.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders in the region.
  3. Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities within the region, leveraging your industry knowledge and network.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, project management, and customer service, to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
  5. Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing timely updates and recommendations to senior management.
  6. Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports, ensuring that sales targets and objectives are met or exceeded.
  7. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows, promoting our brand and showcasing our innovative solutions.
  8. Develop and mentor a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, training, and support as needed.
  9. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and relevant regulations.


  1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in building automation controls or a related industry.
  3. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and successfully managing a sales territory.
  4. Strong understanding of building automation systems, HVAC, energy management, and other related technologies.
  5. Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  6. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
  7. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  8. Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region and occasionally outside the region for business purposes.
  9. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
