About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team. As a Building Automation Controls Service/Project Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to generate new business and grow existing accounts. You will also work closely with our engineering team to create and deliver custom solutions to meet the specific needs of our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to generate new business and grow existing accounts
  • Qualify and pursue new leads
  • Develop and deliver sales presentations
  • Negotiate and close contracts
  • Work closely with the engineering team to develop and deliver custom solutions
  • Manage and maintain client relationships
  • Provide excellent customer service

Qualifications

  • Local to Chuckanut, WA
  • Stable work history
  • 5+ years of sales and account management experience working with construction companies, A/E firms, and building owners
  • Strong understanding of building automation controls and BACnet
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented
