Job Title: Building Automation Controls Technician
Overview: This position focuses on the engineering, installation, and commissioning of HVAC control systems across various facility types, emphasizing customer satisfaction through advanced technology and professional service.
Responsibilities:
- Master Building Automation Systems and HVAC controls, including software, DDC controllers, and field devices.
- Understand BACnet protocol and have Niagara AX or Niagara 4 experience.
- Read low voltage wiring and control flow diagrams proficiently.
- Utilize test instruments and calibration tools effectively.
- Educate owners on system operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years in Building Automation Systems startup and commissioning or HVAC mechanical experience.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Strong computer, organizational, and communication skills.
- Capable of working on construction sites, including using ladders and scaffolding.
Preferred:
- Niagara AX or Niagara 4 certification.
- Experience with Alerton systems.
