Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications and Skills:

  • A solid foundation of 7+ years in the building automation sector, with hands-on experience in installation, start-up, and commissioning.
  • Demonstrated ability to accurately estimate project costs regarding labor, materials, and other associated expenses.
  • Proven track record in sales, with a knack for identifying and converting potential opportunities.
  • Deep-rooted understanding of the technical intricacies of building automation systems.
  • Stable work history reflecting consistency, growth, and achievements.
  • Residency in or around San Diego, CA, or a willingness to relocate.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in an understandable manner.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills, with a flair for building and nurturing relationships.
