Job Title: Building Automation Systems Technician

  • Troubleshoot, calibrate, repair, and operate building automation systems and their associated software and equipment.
  • Lead the start-up and commissioning of new systems.
  • Update and maintain documentation and controls diagrams to accurately reflect site conditions.
  • Interface with customers and collaborate with subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Conduct functional tests and support owner training during project closeout.

Requirements:

  • Associate degree or certificate in Applied Technologies, electronics, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with electrical circuits, basic programming, and mechanical systems.
  • Experience in troubleshooting complex issues.
  • Ability to work on feet, lift up to 25 pounds, and climb ladders regularly.
