  • Maintain up-to-date documentation and control diagrams, reflecting accurate site conditions for seamless system management and operations.
  • Act as a key liaison between our team and customers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure collaborative and successful project outcomes.
  • Conduct thorough functional testing of systems and provide comprehensive owner training to ensure a smooth handover at project completion.

Requirements:
  • An Associate degree or a professional certificate in Applied Technologies, Electronics, or a closely related field, underscoring a solid foundation in the essentials of building automation.
  • A good grasp of electrical circuits, basic programming principles, and mechanical systems, enabling effective system troubleshooting and maintenance.
  • Demonstrated experience in diagnosing and resolving intricate technical problems.
  • Physical capability to stand for prolonged periods, lift weights of up to 25 pounds, and perform tasks that may require climbing ladders.
