Overview:

We are on the lookout for a proficient Commercial Chiller Systems Technician with a focus on commercial-scale HVAC projects, including air and water chillers. This role is crucial for delivering expert technical support, ensuring operational excellence, and maintaining large HVAC systems to meet our commitment to efficiency and reliability.

Responsibilities:

Lead technical support efforts for commercial chiller systems, guaranteeing optimal functionality and client satisfaction.
Oversee the entire lifecycle of chiller project deliveries, from initial repair recommendations to successful completion.
Provide reliable emergency services as part of an on-call rotation, showcasing promptness and efficiency.
Ensure timely and quality maintenance of chiller systems within scheduled timelines.
Conduct detailed quality assessments of service technicians' work, escalating any issues to supervisory personnel.
Maintain active communication with the team and clients, managing troubleshooting efforts within predefined limits.
Adhere to stringent safety standards and protocols, fostering a secure work environment.
Proactively follow up on provided service quotes to ensure continuous client engagement and resolution.
Collaborate with the leadership team on identifying new opportunities and addressing client concerns promptly.

Requirements:

Deep technical knowledge and hands-on experience with large tonnage chiller systems, including air, water, centrifugal, screw, and magnetic chillers, supported by 3-5 years in the field.
Comprehensive understanding of safety practices with a minimum of 5 years of field application.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Demonstrated organizational skills for effective planning and execution of responsibilities.
Local and stable work history, demonstrating a commitment to reliability and excellence in previous roles.

Preferred:

Previous OEM Experience or specialized Factory Training.
Advanced proficiency in computer usage for technical and organizational tasks.
