Responsibilities
- As the Commercial Construction Manager, you will oversee multiple construction divisions, including installation, estimating, sales, and project management. You will review final bids and proposals, manage top accounts, and oversight of active project scopes.
- Additionally, you will be responsible for managing division revenue, profit, cash flow, and business processes. You will collaborate closely with internal fabrication, warehouse, and purchasing teams to ensure successful project completion.
Requirements
- To be considered for this position, you must have a Bachelor's degree or higher in Construction Management and at least 7 years of experience in commercial construction. A local and stable work history is required.
