Responsibilities:
- Estimate, sell, and manage commercial fence projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to client specifications.
- Conduct site visits to gather project information, take measurements, and assess potential challenges.
- Develop and present detailed project proposals, including material specifications, pricing, and timelines.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including project managers, installers, and administrative staff, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Stay current on industry trends, competitor offerings, and local market conditions to ensure a competitive edge.
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance sales and estimating skills.
- Maintain a stable work history and adhere to company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience working in the commercial fence industry.
- Proven sales and estimating experience, with the ability to manage commercial fence projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present proposals and negotiate contracts.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
