We are a leading commercial fencing company seeking a motivated and experienced Commercial Fence Estimator to join our team in Dallas, Texas. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the commercial fencing industry, excellent sales skills, and a proven track record in estimating and managing commercial fence projects. Responsibilities:

  1. Estimate, sell, and manage commercial fence projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to client specifications.
  2. Conduct site visits to gather project information, take measurements, and assess potential challenges.
  3. Develop and present detailed project proposals, including material specifications, pricing, and timelines.
  4. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their satisfaction.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams, including project managers, installers, and administrative staff, to ensure seamless project execution.
  6. Stay current on industry trends, competitor offerings, and local market conditions to ensure a competitive edge.
  7. Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance sales and estimating skills.
  8. Maintain a stable work history and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  1. A minimum of 5 years of experience working in the commercial fence industry.
  2. Proven sales and estimating experience, with the ability to manage commercial fence projects.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present proposals and negotiate contracts.
  4. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  5. Proficient in using software tools for project estimation, scheduling, and documentation.
  6. Must be local to Dallas, Texas, or willing to relocate.
  7. Stable work history and adherence to company policies and procedures.
