Job Description:

As a Commercial HVAC Equipment Sales Executive, you will be responsible for growing our commercial HVAC business within the Orange County region. Your focus will be selling various commercial HVAC equipment, including RTUs, Chillers, Boilers, and VRFs, among other large commercial HVAC equipment, to various industries. You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closure and ongoing account management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan targeting commercial clients in the Orange County region.
  • Identify prospective customers and establish relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
  • Collaborate with engineers and project managers to meet customer requirements.
  • Provide technical presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitive products, and customer needs.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Achieve sales targets and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) or higher.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of commercial HVAC equipment sales experience.
  • Stable work history demonstrating growth and success in HVAC sales.
  • Strong technical understanding of commercial HVAC products, including RTUs, Chillers, Boilers, and VRFs.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Local to the Orange County, CA area.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Existing relationships within the HVAC industry in Orange County.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, preferably Salesforce.
