Position Overview: As a Commercial HVAC Equipment Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients in the commercial HVAC industry, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting our comprehensive range of products and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical understanding of HVAC systems, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proven track record in sales. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop relationships with existing and potential clients, including mechanical contractors, engineers, and building owners.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the commercial HVAC market, demonstrating a deep understanding of industry trends and the competitive landscape.
  3. Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations, effectively communicating the features and benefits of our HVAC equipment and services.
  4. Prepare accurate and timely sales proposals, contracts, and quotations to meet client requirements and secure new business.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, operations, and customer service, to ensure smooth project execution and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  6. Provide technical support to clients as needed, troubleshooting issues and offering expert advice on HVAC system selection, installation, and maintenance.
  7. Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to represent the company and expand your professional network.
  8. Continuously expand your knowledge of the HVAC industry and our product offerings through ongoing training and education.
  9. Meet and exceed established sales targets and performance metrics.

Qualifications:

  1. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commercial HVAC equipment sales, with a proven track record of success.
  2. Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and applications.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, and other sales tools.
  5. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  6. Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, sales calls, and industry events.

Education:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred.
